years of its existence, Waterford has produced many notable people.
The list below is not an exhaustive one - it reflects the different
strands that go to make up a city and its people. It is composed
mainly of people who were born in Waterford but it also includes those
who were connected in some significant way with the City and also those
who were born in the hinterland of Waterford. It ranges from
