Waterford, being such an ancient city, has many places and items of interest to local and visitor alike.  In this section we will give the origin and history of various public buildings in the city and we will describe the area adjacent to the city.  We hope to include buildings such as Reginald's Tower, City Hall, The Theatre Royal, The Deanery and its undercrofts, The Bishop's Palace, Christchurch Cathedral, The Clock Tower, The Courthouse, The Chamber of Commerce building, Greyfriars Abbey (The French Church), The People's Park etc. We begin with the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity.
